19th C French directoire dining table


19th C - circa 1800 - French directoire dining table. Solid walnut. Six legs with wheels. Maximum extension using two 13 inch leaves, seating six comfortably. Two extra legs in center provide very stable support when leaves in use. Table can be round, oval or one or two straight sides.

Dimensions in inches - round top 44, long oval with both leaves 70.

The owner, Tom Reggiardo, has been in the antiques trade for more than 30 years. He is a member of the Antiques Dealers Association of California, which was founded in 1924 and whose members pledge "integrity and fairness in the buying and selling of antiques."
